Booking & Payment

Payment can be made via Credit Card / Bank Transfer. Studio bookings are confirmed only after payment is received. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking are non-refundable.

Studio Use

Clients may only use the areas included in their booking. All equipment and props must be handled with care. Any damage will be billed to the client. Set up and tear down time must be included within the rental period. Additional time will be charged by the hour.

Conduct & Responsibility

The client is responsible for the behaviour of all persons involved in the shoot. No smoking, illegal substances, or dangerous activities are allowed on the premises. Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Equipment & Property

Basic studio equipment is included. Additional gear will incur extra charges. Clients are responsible for checking equipment before use. Studio is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

Image Rights & Usage

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the photographer/studio retains the copyright to all images taken. Clients may use images for personal or commercial purposes based on the usage rights agreed upon. Behind the scenes photos or videos may be used by the studio for promotional purposes unless a confidentiality agreement is signed.

Liability

The studio is not liable for any personal injuries or property damage during the rental period. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless the studio from any claims, costs, or liabilities.

Late Arrivals

Clients are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session and will not be eligible for a refund or time extension. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Reschedules must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations under 48 hours forfeit the deposit. In case of emergencies or unforeseen closures, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
